今天是假日,老公原本打算带我外出吃早餐去的,不过我就扫兴的拒绝了。。为了给老公准备幸福早餐嘛。“老公,没有让你失望吧?”。。。
其实鸡蛋和香肠都很普遍的,只是今天的早餐加了马铃薯煎饼,食谱如下,是一个可以温暖你的味蕾的早餐。


Crisp but soft when you bite into them, these potato cakes are wonderful for breakfast or supper, with or without anything else.
INGREDIENTS: (SERVES 2)
200g potatoes
1/2 onion, grated
4 slices bacon, finely chopped (optional)
1 tbsp self-raising flour
1 egg beaten
parsley
salt and ground black pepper, for seasoning
vegetable oil, for deep-frying
METHOD:
1. Coarsely grate the potatoes, rinse, drain and pat dry on kitchen paper, then mix with onion, bacon (optional), flour, egg, parsley and seasoning.
2. Heat up oil in a frying pan until really hot, then add 2 tbsp of the potato mixture.
3. Add a few more spoonfuls of the mixture in the same way, leaving space between each one so they do not stick together, and fry them for 4-5 minutes until golden on the undersides.
4. Turn the cakes over and fry the other side. Drain on kitchen paper.

材料:(2人份量)
马铃薯 200克
大葱 1/2粒
自发粉 1汤匙
鸡蛋 1个
香菜
盐
黑胡椒粉
做法:
1。先把马铃薯和大葱刨成丝,加入自发粉,鸡蛋,香菜,盐和黑胡椒粉调味,搅拌均匀。
2。中火热锅,转为小火,把大约2汤匙的马铃薯放入锅内。
3。以同样的马铃薯份量逐渐放入锅内,煎至金黄色。
4。翻面继续煎,起锅沥干油即可食用。
帖士:
马铃薯跟苹果一样会变色,不在意的话其实没有什么关系,如果不喜欢的话可以加点盐。
