
酥饼是由蛋面团做出来的凸馅卷,有点类似约克夏布丁(Yorkshire Pudding)。酥饼可以当着甜点,或则早餐和下午茶也可以。前晚老公喊肚子饿,我就灵机一动,用最短的时间,大概30分钟左右弄了这个宵夜给老公填肚子。老公吃了第一口后,一直说好吃!我俩还搭配了果酱还有Nutella巧克力酱吃,非常棒,一口气吃了6个,2个留下来当隔天早餐,口感依然不变。。
材料:(8个份量)
2 eggs, room temperature
1 tbsp melted unsalted butter
1 cup milk, warm
1 cup bread flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
做法:
1。用打蛋器将鸡蛋搅拌均匀,不需要打发。
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs by hand.
2。再将其他材料混合起来拌匀,蛋面糊没有出现一粒粒为止。
Combine the rest of ingredients into step 1, whisk until well blended and smooth.
3。杯子烤模上抹上一层牛油,将蛋面糊倒入烤模,大概1/2满就够。
Grease a muffin pan with a little butter, pour batter into muffin pan, filling each cup 1/2 full.
4。预热烤箱200度,放入烤箱25分钟即可。
Bake in 200 Celsius for 25 minutes.
5。蛋面糊配方没有加糖,所以在食用时候可以淋上蜂蜜,果酱,还是Nutella巧克力酱。
