蒸豆腐般滑嫩鸡蛋羹 Steamed Egg

材料:
2个鸡蛋 egg
盐 salt
胡椒粉 pepper
酱油 soy sauce
麻油 sesame oil

做法:
1。把2个鸡蛋在碗中打散,放入少许食盐和胡椒粉(我通常使用黑胡椒),调均匀。
2。鸡蛋打散后,加入两倍鸡蛋的水量,那就是1:2的比例。水一定是凉或则温的白开水。然后把水和鸡蛋搅拌均匀。可以撒上葱花点缀哦!
3。烧热一锅水,放上蒸屉。水一定要煮开以后,再把蛋液放上蒸屉,然后开小火,锅盖一定要留缝,不要盖严实了。这样蒸出来的鸡蛋羹就不会有蜂窝眼。
4。大概蒸10-15分钟,鸡蛋表面平滑,鸡蛋羹就差不多蒸好了。
5。最后,根据个人喜好,滴上几滴酱油和麻油,大功告成!

English Translation:
1. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper (I usually use black pepper).
2. After beat the eggs evenly, add water (twice amount of the eggs), basically 1:2 ratio. Water must be cool or warm boiled water and mix well. You can sprinkle with chopped green onion.
3. Heat up a pot of water and put a steamer. After water boiled, then only put the egg into the pot. Adjust the fire to small, the lid must be left seam, do not cover up tightly.
4. Steam for 10-15 minutes until you see the smooth surface and not watery.
5. Lastly, add soy sauce and sesame oil.
