Low Fat Yogurt Cupcakes 松软的优酪乳小蛋糕

忙碌了一个星期的工作,期待的就是星期五晚上,因为我可以拨出时间烘焙啦!虽然怀着孕36周,而且这整个星期来,脚部浮肿也显得比较频密,几乎每一天。。这个就是所谓的孕晚期吗?我深深体会到咯!虽然脚浮肿,听着大肚子,我还是享受我的烘焙时间。。。

Yogurt Cupcake

材料:
80g butter 
100g sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
150g low-fat yogurt
130g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder (sifted with flour)

做法:
1. Beat butter and sugar till pale and fluffy.
2. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and beat till well combined.
3. Add yogurt and mix till well combined.
4. Mix in flour and baking powder on low speed till just combined.
5. Divide batter equally among cupcake tray. Sprinkle desired toppings.
6. Bake at 160 degree Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

哇!这个小蛋糕真的很不错,轻盈松软的口感,是介乎海绵蛋糕和牛油蛋糕之间的质地,赞!虽然蛋糕外表不起眼却让人吃了一个回味非常!(呵呵呵。。老王卖瓜,自卖自夸)
