Another Nutella Delight… Nutella Swirl Cupcakes

老公习惯性吃宵夜,还真的担心老公的健康吃出问题咯!不过前个星期我俩一起做了身体检查,今天报告拿到了,一切都还可以。哈哈,松了一口气,结果刚才就继续烘焙,烘出了香喷喷的Nutella杯子蛋糕,给老公当宵夜,也评评一下。老公赞好吃!那得谢谢Cooking Crave的食谱,我好喜欢这个蛋糕,尤其是Nutella口味!

Nutella Swirl Cupcakes

Nutella Swirl Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS: (make 12-16 cupcakes)

140g butter, softened
100g granulated sugar (original recipe 120g)
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
200g plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
Nutella

METHOD:

1. Preheat oven to 170c. Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners.
2. Cream together butter and sugar until light, about 2 minutes.
3. Add in eggs one at a time, until fully incorporated – Don’t worry if the batter doesn’t look smooth. Add vanilla, mix well.
4. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder (mix all and sifted) until batter is uniform and no flour remains
5. Using an ice cream scoop, fill each muffin liner with batter.
6. They should be 3/4 full, if you’re not using a scoop.
7. Top each cake with 1/2 tsp Nutella.
8. Swirl Nutella in with a toothpick, making sure to fold a bit of batter up over the Nutella.
9. Bake for 20 minutes.
10. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

材料:
140克 牛油(室温软化)
100克 细砂糖(原本食谱 120克)
3粒鸡蛋
1/2茶匙 vanilla essence
200克 面粉
1/4茶匙 盐
2茶匙 发粉
Nutella

做法:
1。预热烤箱170度,预备杯子蛋糕烤模。
2。牛油和细砂糖,用搅拌器打至泛白,大约2分钟。
3。加入鸡蛋,每一次都要搅拌均匀后才加下一粒,接着加入Vanilla Essecence拌匀。
4。再将过筛的面粉,发粉还有盐加入步骤3的鸡蛋糊,搅拌至没有粒状。
5。用汤匙(或则冰淇淋勺子)均匀的把面糊放入纸杯中。
6。每一个纸杯是7分满。
7。最后在面糊上放入1/2茶匙的Nutella。
8。用牙签稍微翻拌,弄出螺旋形状。
9。放入烤箱20分钟烘焙。
10。从烤箱取出后,待冷就可以品尝啦!
