上个星期日的作品,今天终于抽空把照片整理了。。
说是简易,看起来也不难做,其实不简单,得花心机去做,一个蒸盘做一条猪肠粉,每一盘粉浆得蒸5分钟,稍微待凉后就捲起来。。哈哈。。我做到乱七八糟的!不是太厚就是太薄!手忙脚乱的我用了整整两个小时才弄了16条,但是老公跟我还有爸妈只用了不到5分钟,清碟了!结果老公就说,以后还是买回来吃就好,因为花费的功夫太多了,吃也没有两下子。呵呵,我只是好玩想尝试嘛,亲自体验做猪肠粉也不错的哦!
材料:
150g rice flour 粘米粉
1 1/2 tbsp wheat starch 澄面粉
2 tbsp corn starch 栗粉
1/2 tsp salt 盐
1 tbsp oil 食油
450ml water 水
甜酱:
3 tbsp hoisin sauce 海鲜酱
1/2 tsp black soya sauce 黑酱油
1/4 cup water 水
做法:
1。Mix rice flour, wheat starch and corn starch together.
将粘米粉,澄粉和栗粉搅拌。
2。Add water slowly and stir continuously.
加入水拌匀至完全没有粉粒。
3。Add oil and salt, then mix thoroughly, let batter aside for at least an hour.
加入油和盐拌匀,置放至少一个小时。
4。Prepare steamer and place an oiled plate onto a tray.
准备蒸盘,抹上薄薄一层油。
5。When water is boiling, ladle and spread a thin layer of batter onto the hot plate, steam for about 4-5 mins on high heat.
将粉浆倒入蒸盘,分量要薄和均匀,大火蒸4-5分钟。
6。Remove plate from steamer and use a scrapper to roll up the chee cheong fun.
取出后,用刮刀沿边轻轻划,以便捲起肠粉,慢慢将肠粉捲起来。
贴士:
1。粉浆内可以加入葱花加以点缀。
2。自己做肠粉需要挺长的时间,肠粉捲起来后,可以蒸热才享用。
3。肠粉可以伴甜酱或者鼓油,再撒上炒香的白芝麻和油葱。

Homemade chee cheon fun is the best. I made this very often so get use to it liao. Yours look delicious.

Hi, one hour I can make about 10 pcs CCF. I use 2 non stick pizza pan to interchange which is much easy and no need to put so much oil. Hehehehe if got the opportunity I don’t mind to make some for you.

海鲜酱很方便找哦,大多数的超市都会有卖,我用的牌子是李锦记(Lee Kum Kee)。
