Basmati Rice with Potato Crust

刚刚的晚餐,用了一个小时来准备,是一个看上去不起眼的Basmati Rice with Potato Crust,不过老公赞不绝口!可能是饿了吧?!这个晚餐是懒人食谱哦,懒惰出外吃,家里只有马铃薯和Basmati饭,就成了Basmati Rice with Potato Crust。呵呵。。献丑了。

除了分享这个食谱,也希望分享煮Basmati饭的秘诀。先将Basmati泡水大约30分钟,然后用滚水煮8分钟,接着就是蒸至饭粒熟为止。

DinnerBasmatiRicePotatoCrust

材料:(2人份量)
牛油 2汤匙,1/3杯
Basmati米 1杯
水 4杯

马铃薯 2粒(削皮,切薄片)
蒜头 3-4瓣(切碎)

做法:
1。将米冲洗,浸泡30分钟。
2。热平底锅,融化2汤匙牛油,拌入步骤1沥干的Basmati米,翻炒1分钟至粒粒米饭沾上牛油,熄火备用。
3。煮4杯水,水滚后加入盐(可以加点鸡精粉,可有可无),再把步骤2的米倒入滚水里,只要煮8分钟就可以熄火,沥干。
4。再次热平底锅,融化1/3杯的牛油,加入马铃薯片,撒些盐来调味,两面煎至稍微呈现金黄色即可捞起。
5。将煎锅的马铃薯片放入深锅里,加入蒜米,最后拌入步骤3的米饭,再淋上步骤4的剩余的牛油。
6。盖上锅盖,用小火煮大约20-30分钟,或者米饭熟透即可。
