听说这一家的牛排好好吃,所以在Austin的绝对不放过,还真谢谢这里的同事介绍,让我大吃一餐!这家餐馆内部装潢富有西部牛仔的特色哦!你可以看到很多的牛仔靴列在架子,还有牛仔帽,让我感受到牛仔城市的生活。。

我就点了一个非常吃香的Signature Smoked Sirloin!(A taste we’re famous for – hickory smoked sirloin, pepper-crusted and slow cooked to perfection)!我吃牛排都比较喜欢吃粉嫩的,所以大多数都是以粉红煮法为主,点了五分熟(Medium Rare)。一入口,鲜甜的肉香就让我陶醉于中,软嫩又好嚼的牛排多汁不干涩,超级棒!可以算是好吃到不用沾半点酱汁。。

除了主菜,也点了一个小菜。这个小菜挺特别的,是我的第一次吧尝试Baked Sweet Potatoes with Cinnamon Butter,好好吃!应该不会太难做,下次我得自己尝试在家弄一弄,也让老公试吃!
