Rudy’s “Country Store” Worst Bar-B-Q In Texas

这乃是我的第一次。。来到德州公干。除了工作，当然少不了美食来慰劳自己，呵呵呵。我印象中，德州的代表性美食应该就是烧烤！第一天的午餐，Austin的同事介绍了这家正统的Bar-B-Q餐，太棒了！这家餐厅是属于“美式乡村随性”风格的，还别有一番风味的。。我喜欢！因为我喜欢到处乱吃，尤其是当地的美食。

这家Bar-B-Q的店名超奇怪的，把自己称作是“最糟的”！别让他的店名给骗了，他的牛肉绝对不会令你失望，至少比起马来西亚的我所尝试过的牛肉，来得道地，好吃！

看着一块块多汁的肉，我的肚子忍不住咕噜咕噜起来，口水一直往肚里吞，呵呵。。我就点了1/2磅的Extra Moist Brisket，加上一小碗的Sweet Corn Cream小菜。对了，看到照片里的白面包吗？面包是免费的，目的就是跟所买的烧烤肉并吃，还挺不错的，不过正点还是Brisket的鲜嫩且多汁，让我吃到津津有味！当天吃完后简直是可以免了晚餐！

吃Bar-B-Q少不来了就是烧烤酱，这个则是Rudy’s有名BBQ酱哦！这个BBQ酱搭配烧烤肉一起吃，果然是天衣无缝。

    I just had lunch there with my family a few weeks ago. We go to Austin quite frequently because we have some close friend there.

    Too bad I missed the opportunity to meet you here in Texas, it would have been really cool!

    Colin, sorry, I was too busy and one week is so short. I wish that I will still travel to Austin again… and I don’t want to miss the chance meeting you in person. :)
