这个不是“杨枝甘露”,因为少了柚子。。时间紧凑,简单化了这个甜品给招待客人,赢得了他们的赞许,就沾沾自喜起来,呵呵呵!这个自创甜品,甜甜的芒果,加上西米的爽滑,这个滋味感觉融合,非常清凉。
材料:
芒果 1粒
西米 100g
香草冰淇淋
植物性鲜奶油 150ml
做法:
植物性鲜奶油打发备用。将一些芒果切小粒备用,其余的芒果加入冰淇淋用搅拌机搅成汁,冰冻备用。将西米洗净,以沸腾的热水煮熟,大约10-15分钟,接着用隔水器盛起,用清水过冷河,把西米浸泡在冷水中保持软Q的口感。最后就是以西米为垫,放入芒果汁,然后一层打发的鲜奶油,最后再加入剩余的芒果汁(我在剩余的芒果汁加入了1汤匙的Rum)。

Hi Carol, I had done this but duno y taste too creamy not like ur photos…
N also i kept about 3-4 days…all canot be eaten anymore coz mango bcome dark colour n smell weird…..

yee ting, perhaps you can keep trying while preparing so that you know which taste better to your expectation.
Sorry.. I didn’t mention that it should be served fresh and not recommended for overnight. As this is puree and not pudding, fresh mango/puree will turn dark after dioxide.

Eileen, chiller will do, this dessert served well in cold.
