  1. Hi Carol, I had done this but duno y taste too creamy not like ur photos…
    N also i kept about 3-4 days…all canot be eaten anymore coz mango bcome dark colour n smell weird…..
    Why will like this?

  2. yee ting, perhaps you can keep trying while preparing so that you know which taste better to your expectation.

    Sorry.. I didn’t mention that it should be served fresh and not recommended for overnight. As this is puree and not pudding, fresh mango/puree will turn dark after dioxide.

    After everything done, do i have to keep in the fridge prior for serving? In chiller or Freezer part?
