Baked Cheesecake 芝士蛋糕

Baked Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

Anchor Cream Cheese 200g
Castor Sugar 70g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Egg 2
Cornflour 4g
Anchor Extra Whip 180g
(whip to soft peak)

METHODS

1. Whip Anchor Cream Cheese with castor sugar and salt until light.
2. Add in the eggs one by one.
3. Put in the cornflour and stir well.
4. Fold in the whipped Anchor Extra Whip.
5. Prepare a cake mold. Line the cake mold with baking paper.
6. Spread crumble and bake for about 7 minutes, allow the crumble to cool for at least an hour before making into the base.
7. Pour in the cheese.
8. Bake at 175C for 1 hour and leave to set for 3 hours before removing from the cake mold.

    yan, probably you can get from Tesco. Anyway, it is not necessary to be “Anchor”, just that the recipe is from “Anchor”, then I listed accordingly. :)

    feon, i bake directly in the oven.

    But in fact, water bath method will bake the cake very gently, this will ensure that it won’t darken, curdle, or crack.
