这个是过年期间我爱吃的其中一种年饼,既容易又好吃的脆脆snack!紫菜饼拿在手里,没有两下子就可以吃完咯!不过,非常热气,因为是煎炸的哦!吃了要多多喝水才行!还有三天就新年到咯!如果有时间,赶紧试一试。
材料:
紫菜、春卷皮(方块的)、蛋白
做法:
1。把一片春卷皮置放在栈板上。
2。用扫子沾点蛋白,把春卷皮涂上一层蛋白。
3。接着把紫菜放在涂了蛋白的春卷皮上,将它折起来,让春卷皮包着紫菜。
4。用小刀将包着紫菜的春卷皮切开。
5。然后用剪刀把步骤4紫菜春卷剪成一小片一小片。
6。最后就是以热热的油炸出来就完成脆脆可口的紫菜饼!
贴士:
如果是雪藏的春卷皮,必须解冻大约30分钟。

Carol, I am puzzled! If I fold the skin into half, after i cut, how can I make it like yours one? I mean top and bottom also got the skin but without the seaweed?

Karina, I’m so sorry that my response is delayed.
When you place the seaweed, leave a little space between the seaweed and popiah sheet. In other words, you can place two seaweed on a popiah sheet, then fold it in balance into half.
