香烤帝皇药材鸡 Baked Emperor Herbs Chicken

两只烤鸡,一个沙拉,一瓶红酒的晚餐。。我喜欢聚会,尤其是跟家人。这一个晚餐,我准备了《香烤帝皇药材鸡》,跟老公一起到姐燕家去聚聚,还有老公的哥哥也在一起。

所谓两只烤鸡,还有一只是Alex的作品,属于西式的,肚子太饿了,忘了拍下照片。。嘻嘻嘻!

Baked Emperor Herbs Chicken

材料:
帝皇药材鸡香料 1包
全鸡 1只
橄榄油 少许
洋葱 1颗(切片备用)
马铃薯 3颗(切片备用)

做法:
1。将全鸡洗干净,用厨房餐巾纸将水分擦干。
2。将鸡只全身涂抹一层橄榄油,再继续涂抹香料,稍微按摩。
3。洋葱马铃薯铺底,鸡胸朝下放入耐高温容器。
4。烤箱预热200度5分钟,再转为170度,烘烤90分钟。
5。烤剩余20或30分钟左右,将鸡只翻面续烤,烤至金黄色即可上桌享用。

    Colin, I believe you must have taken a lot of roasted chicken also in Houston. :)
