材料:
荷兰洋葱 (切丝) 1/2颗
灯笼椒 (不同颜色,切丁) 各1/2颗
吞拿鱼罐头 (我用的是Ayam Brand)
火腿 (切丁) 3片
意大利粉 (我用的是Angel Hair)
做法:
1。意大利粉,煮好沥干,加二汤匙橄榄油备用。
2。锅里入少许橄榄油,爆香洋葱,再入火腿炒至金黄色,放入灯笼椒拌炒。
3。然后以盐和黑胡椒调味。
4。起锅前,放入吞拿鱼拌炒即可。
5。最后就是把这个炒好的材料倒入步骤1的意大利粉。嗜辣者也可以洒些辣椒粉(我没有放因为老公不爱吃辣)。

我爱吃,跟心爱的他一起寻找幸福的味道。虽然是个工程师,但我却喜欢逗留在厨房。。玩烹饪。希望可以把好吃的,爱吃的,带入厨房,营造恋人食谱,让他吃出幸福的滋味。

kiki_25,我用的是Tuna in Olive Oil,是Chunks的。
Yeah lulu, I like this tuna angel hair too, and colourful made it lots more fun to eat. Hehehe…
