我很喜欢意大利餐厅芝士焗饭,香醇的芝士溶化后,渗透饭菜之中,丰厚的馅料,让人想了十指大动呢!我就做了一个爱心芝士焗饭跟老公分享。。
材料:
熟的米饭(可以用隔夜米饭) 1 1/2杯
灯笼椒 1个
小番茄 12个
培根(肉粒或则午餐肉也可以) 2片
小香肠 6个
蒜米
大葱
葱花
芝士(我用的是mozzarella)
做法:
1。把米饭铺在盘子中(厚度约2公分),厚度要均匀。在米饭上淋上牛奶(我用的是A1 BBQ酱加水),只要一点点就够了,主要是为了保证水分,不会让做出来的东西太干。
2。把所有材料(蒜米、大葱、香肠、培根略超香)均匀的铺在米饭上(分量依照个人口味而定)。
3。芝士碎均匀的铺在馅料上。
4。撒上葱花点缀。
5。把已经放完材料的盘子放进预热180℃的烤箱中,大约烤15分钟即可。

- will it enough? coz oni 2 pcs.

Is the rice need to use隔夜米饭 oni taste better? I scare just done cook rice will become porridge…^^

For 2 persons, just nice.
You are right, 2 pieces of bacon is little,
if you love bacon, should put more, my suggestion is 6 pieces.
Well, you can try 150-200ml, should be good enough. In fact, I did it based on feel… my apologize as couldn’t give you accurate measurement.
Just done cooked rice can be used though, just need to leave for 10-15 minutes till a little dry.

For the A1 BBQ酱加水, is BBQ sauce? Or only brand name for Milk??? Then need to add in water?

yee ting, sorry, my instructions above confused you. You can either use milk or BBQ sauce. For my recipe, I mix BBQ sauce with water, make it watery and pour onto the rice.
