我超爱吃芒果的!今天的主题又是芒果哦!这个芒果慕丝是我的生日甜品。。嘻嘻嘻!嗯。。清新的芒果香味,冷冷的慕丝,溶在嘴里,甜在心里!我的老爸竟然还自己放Brandy来调味,诶,其实少少酒精还不错的!虽然是一个简单的甜品,不过非常可口,有他来招待客人还挺棒的,不是吗?
材料:
芒果 2粒
动物性鲜奶油(Whipping Cream)
芒果 2粒(切丁备用)
西米(小粒的)
做法:
1。将西米煮熟,放进冷水,捞起来备用。
2。芒果肉粒和动物鲜奶油放进搅拌器,搅拌成泥状。
3。杯子的底层放西米,第二层放入芒果肉丁,顶层就放芒果泥。
4。放入雪柜冷藏2小时后就可以吃咯!
备注:
这道甜品的材料份量,依个人喜好口味而决定。如果根据以上的材料,可以做成6杯。

Karina, it will turn darker, do not leave for too long.
