一道最受欢迎的泰国甜品—红宝石,也就是所谓的Tub Tim Krob。谢谢贝壳,从MSN的聊天中跟我分享了这道天品的做法。今天老公在新屋油漆,我就呆在娘家为他还有家人弄了这甜品,第一次弄,出来的效果还不错,送过去给老公品尝,老公吃了赞不绝口!妈咪也觉得好好吃诶,好开心。今晚就待老爸来评一评了,因为要老爸赞一句“好吃”还不简单呢!
材料:
马蹄(也称作“荸荠”,我用300克,大约12粒)
食用红色素适量
木薯粉
菠萝蜜(切丝)
糖(做成糖浆)
椰浆
做法:
1。在碗内倒入适量的清水和3滴食用色素,搅匀后备用。
2。将马蹄去皮洗净后切成小粒,然后倒入刚才准备好的红色水中浸泡约10分钟染色。
3。然后捞起沥干水分后倒入糖浆内,待马蹄粒都裹上糖浆后,有捞起放入装有木薯粉的盘子,捞一捞是马蹄都裹上木薯粉。
4。锅内倒入清水煮沸,水沸腾后轻轻放入裹着木薯粉的马蹄粒煮滚,当马蹄粒都浮在水面后,捞起放入冷水(这样子才会QQ哦!)。
5。准备一个小碗,放入红宝石,一丝丝的菠萝蜜,淋上椰浆,还有适量的糖浆就成了。可以加些冰块,冰凉的甜品最美味!

tapioca flour
jackfruit (slices)
sugar syrup
coconut milk
Methods:
1 ) prepare a bowl of water with red food coloring (rose)
2 ) cut the water chestnuts into cubes, soak in the red food coloring and stir until bright red
3 ) coat the water chestnuts with sugar syrup, put the tapioca flour in a plate and add the water chestnuts and shake until the pieces become well coated
4 ) heat 5 cups of water to the boil, add the water chestnuts, it will float when cooked and look like rubies, drain and plunge in cold water immediately
5 ) serve a little water chestnuts into dessert dishes, add jackfruit slices, syrup, coconut milk and ice
