材料:
豆签 1包
猪肉碎(加胡椒粉、盐、糖搓成肉丸)
鱼丸
冬菜
胡椒粉
盐 适量
糖 适量
蒜头油
葱花 少许
做法:
1。将一碗水(可以用高汤取代)煮沸后,加入猪肉丸、鱼丸、冬菜等,煮沸至全熟,再加入胡椒粉、少许糖跟盐调味。
2。另外将水煮沸,放入豆签煮沸至软,即可盛入碗中。
3。把步骤1的汤淋上,撒上葱花和蒜头油,就可以食用。

卡珞,自己做的猪肉丸如果只是放鸡蛋,能成形吗?整颗鸡蛋?还是只是蛋白?@@

Vicky,这个猪肉碎是用机器搅拌出来的(从巴刹买的就会这样子),所以很有黏性,不需要鸡蛋也可以粘在一起了。不过如果是家里自己弄的肉碎,可以加些corn starch是之有黏性,加蛋白可以使肉丸松软,不会硬硬。
