板面 Pan Mee

板面

用面粉鸡蛋搓出来的面粉团，再弄成细细的面条，配上江鱼仔熬的汤底，这个就是板面咯！嘻嘻嘻，我之前有介绍过面粉糕的每一个细节。其实那时候我的部落还很新，或许不是很多人留意，所以就再次分享。。。不过这一次得特别感谢我老公的二姐，又是一个非常棒的杰作哦，希望您们会喜欢！做法跟早阵子分享的面粉糕大同小异。

以下的步骤，照片是二姐的大儿子拍的诶！我提起，尤其是第五张照片的角度，我觉得很漂亮，竟然是只有7岁的他拍的！赞不赞？

    板面我爱吃～～前几天我才和爸提议说要自己弄面粉糕，因为家里没有那架mechine.到时会看你那篇偷师～～呵呵

    我家的两个小瓜很喜欢吃。时常向我order“板面”。而我很懒惰做，因为不会搓面团。现在有了面包机，可以尝试了。。哈哈..

    我好久好久以前，就有个梦想，就是要吃完马来西亚的板面/面粉糕！哈哈哈！我吉隆坡妈妈煮的放的是“树仔菜”（真正的名字忘了！哈哈！）还有香菇的！想起就流口水了！T.T

    winterbaby，就是就是，我的家也没有machine，所以我之前做的是一片一片的面粉糕。弄出来的口感还不错的。。

    mummy moon, I also like to eat anchovies a lot, especially eating together with 面粉糕/板面

    Vicky，我通常熬2-3个小时，味道已经香喷喷了。熬着的时候，可以试试味道，觉得满意就可以收火咯。

    icafe，我听说面包机真的好好用，可能以后有了新窝后，会考虑买一个，这样子就不用费力搓得辛苦。

    贤，您值得是mani菜吗？我不大会广东话，不过听起来感觉好像是一样的东西，只是槟城人给了他另一个名称。我的面粉糕那篇有照片哦！还有香菇，是我的favorite！

    哎呀。。。不清楚是否是main菜哦！但是，那菜是很多片类似叶子酱的！哈哈！yummy。。。^^

    Hi Leh Hong, you can find it easily using the “Search” box on right top. You can type “rice cooker” and click search.
