Ondeh-Ondeh吃多了,想要创个新,就来个芒果味道的!细节我就不多说了,可以参考我以前弄过的《美味家乡Ondeh-Ondeh》。大致上是一样的,只是把芒果一半切粒作为馅料,一半放入搅拌机打碎成汁,用来做皮料。
既然是水果类的Ondeh-Ondeh,我就选择吃冷冷的。所以放入雪柜让他稍微冷一冷,吃出来的芒果甜,加上冷冷的口感,好舒服诶!这样子吃,确实有更加香浓的芒果味哦!

芒果加椰丝会不会容易臭酸??

嗯,相信天气热,椰丝的东西都比较容易臭酸。哦哦,我并不是很肯定芒果会否是他容易臭酸,没有经验。所以通常我都会把有椰丝类似的甜品糕点都放入雪柜储存,以免弄坏食物哦。
