寿司卷(一)

用料
米饭     半碗
寿司醋   4汤匙(60ml)
紫菜     1张
黄瓜条、香肠、鱼饼

做法

1。米饭蒸熟后晾凉,加入寿司醋搅拌均匀即成寿司饭。 

2。整张的紫菜剪成12厘米见方的片,摊平铺上寿司饭,摆上黄瓜条、香肠、鱼饼,压紧卷成卷。 

3。将长卷切成4cm左右的小段即成寿司。
