Nasi Dagang(登嘉楼的)

Nasi Dagang听过吗?这是瓜拉登嘉楼(瓜拉丁加奴)州受欢迎的早点,所谓的蒸饭,配上咖喱鱼可说是完美的配搭。
我也是因为男朋友是当地人,才认识这个传统马来美食。 
前几天未来家婆又下厨哦!不简单,需要很多功夫,未来家婆的手艺很棒,我吃了还想再吃呢!

材料:

糯米
新鲜椰浆奶
姜末
大葱

做法:
1。米跟糯米需要浸泡一个晚上。
2。隔天将水倒掉后,先蒸15分钟。
3。将蒸过后的米跟糯米,姜,大葱,糖,盐搅均匀后,再蒸15分钟。
4。之后拌入椰浆奶,再蒸5分钟即可。

    this is deanna and i got yr link from yr hubby Chage. the pixs of nasi dagang makes me a happy person today! unfortunately, it is shortlived becos i dont read chinese. would it be difficult for you to post the recipe in english via yr hubby’s blog? thanks in advance. cant wait to show off my hometown’s cooking to my friends in abu dhabi. i played too hard when i was young and never bother to learn how to cook good food. in abu dhabi, it is difficult to get good malaysian food. there are more arabic and western food here. cheers.
