餅底(18cm 圓形)
餅底一個(什麼餅底都可以。。如。。茶餅,消化餅,oreo)
餅底材料
無鹽牛油(溶液) 60 克
手指餅(Lady Fingers)150 克 (約16條)
或则
oreo餅(也是150克)
餅底製法
1. 先將牛油手指餅用自拌器打碎,加入己熱溶了的牛油在餅模內拌勻,壓實(用手或薯茸器),放入雪櫃雪硬,備用。
材料
忌廉芝士 300克(room temp放軟)
糖 90克
蛋 170克(三粒就可以了)
麵粉 16克
栗粉 12克
淡忌廉(35% fat)400克
蛋糕製作
1. 先將麵粉栗粉篩過備用。
2. 忌廉芝士放軟後加糖拌勻, 再加入蛋(分4次)打至滑身,加篩過麵粉栗粉,最後加忌廉拌勻。
3. 將餡料倒入餅底上。
4. 預熱焗爐至170度C.焗50-60分鐘。餅面焗至微黃。蛋糕放涼後,再雪凍享用。

kiwi,一个是饼底,一个是芝士材料。根据我的食谱步骤,先弄好饼底接着就是芝士就可以了。
